Looking for a fun baseball treat to bring to a game or make for a birthday party? Look no further than these 3 ingredient Oreo Baseballs. The Silly Yak made these for her end of baseball season celebration, and they were a hit with ALL the kids!
1 pack of gluten free Oreos
20 ounces (in our case a bag and a half) of Vanilla candy wafers - make sure they're GF!
Red Cookie Icing, we had some help from Betty Crocker- just always check your labels!

Line your counter or table with parchment paper.
Take a microwave safe bowl that you can easily dip Oreos into and begin melting the candy wafers according to the package directions. Or microwave in 20 second intervals, mixing frequently until they're fully melted.
Using a fork, dip Oreos one by one into the melted vanilla candy wafers. You just want the Oreo coated. It helps to tap the fork holding the Oreo on the side of the bowl to allow the excess to drip off.
Lay the dipped Oreos on your parchment paper to set up.
Once the vanilla coating has set, pipe on the red baseball stitching and let them set till hardened.
Within a few hours our cookies were completely set and ready to pack up. I will say, they will melt if it's toasty outside. Thankfully they were sitting in the shade and fared well, but if it's going to be a warm day; if they have to be in a hot car or sitting in the sun, you're going to want to put them in a cooler!
It's so important for our kids with extra needs to have fun treats too. We hope you enjoy these as much as we did!
