Welcome, we're a Mother (Silly Ax) and Daughter (Silly Yak) Celiac duo and we've been living this gluten free lifestyle since 2015 and 2017.  Our hope in creating this page is to help others who find themselves in a similar boat, whether you've been diagnosed with Celiac's or told to eliminate gluten for another reason (there's quite a few reasons), or you're wondering how to support a newly diagnosed loved one, whatever your GF reason, we want to help.

As a mother, I can't emphasize how thankful I am to have been diagnosed two years before my daughter, so I could walk her through her own diagnosis with knowledge and encouragement, because I understand exactly how hard it is, so that's my hope for you, to help increase your knowledge, to help you stay healthy, and to stay encouraged.
