Breakfast
In the mornings I do not rise and shine, nor do I move with ease, so breakfast is usually a banana and eggs, a GF bar of some sorts, baked oatmeal *(if you have Celiac's Disease, always be sure your oats are certified GF!) in the Winter, smoothies in the Summer. My favorite breakfast of all time is warmed up leftover veggies topped with a couple fried eggs. We often do traditional breakfast foods for dinner, but for the sake of organization these are the breakfast recipes we make below.

Baked Oatmeal: *I frequently Google a recipe based on what flavor of baked oatmeal I'm wanting, but The Real Food Dieticians have multiple options, and their recipes are always great! https://therealfooddietitians.com/healthy-baked-oatmeal-recipes/

Waffles and Pancakes: I have learned that those who make gluten free mixes are geniuses. Our favorite mixes found in store are King Arthur and Bob's Red Mill - just be sure you're purchasing the Gluten Free variety. An amazing brand online, but easily purchased through their site or Amazon are Josie's Best mixes: https://josiesbestgf.com/
Muffins: King Arthur and Josie's Best, they're versatile, so fluffy, and delicious!
Crepes: The mix from Josie's Best has changed our world! The Silly Yak makes these frequently for a brunch or dinner, sweet or savory. You're going to want to buy more than one mix when you place an order: The Crepe 5lb Bulk Bags I Bulk Gluten Free Crepe Mix (josiesbestgf.com)
Donuts: Stonewall Kitchen makes one amazing GF Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut mix. While you're on the website, grab a donut pan too because it's the best I've ever used! Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Mix - Stonewall Kitchen - Stonewall Kitchen
