Chicken Alfredo Pizza

This idea came from a need to use up a bunch of leftovers, and the end result was so delicious, I had to share it!

1 Schar pizza crust or your favorite gluten free pizza crust

1/4 - 1/2 cup of prepared alfredo sauce (always check your labels if buying premade to be certain it's GF)

Cooked broccoli

Cooked chicken (breasts, shredded, rotisserie, I have even used chicken meatballs)

Shredded mozzarella

Parmesan (optional) -You know how much cheese you need; I don't need to tell you this.


  1. Preheat your oven according to your pizza crust's instructions. Most fresh GF doughs require a pre-bake for 10 minutes or so before topping your crust to ensure a fully cooked crust.

  2. Top with alfredo sauce, mozzarella and parmesan if using, chicken and broccoli.

  3. Bake until the crust is crispy and the cheese melty.

  4. Enjoy this pizza that gives incredible local pizza joint vibes, but you didn't have to leave your house to get it!
